    ( I buy groundnut oil for frying, Gingelly oil and coconut oil for cooking from local "Chekku" oil mill. I also have Olive oil for sauteing, salads, continental cooking)

  5.  Maida(I do not buy this)
VI: Beverages/Bakery/Other items:

  14. Biscuits / Snacks/ Namkeen etc. ( I mostly avoid wheat/Maida biscuits. I try to buy mostly whole wheat or multigrain biscuits)

  3. Utensils bar (Vim, Axiom, Patanjali etc), Liquid utensil detergent
  4.  Scrubbing bar, steel scrub
  5. Bleach liquid

  9. Vanish or Fabric whitener

  11. Moisturizer
  12. Hair oil
VIII: Perishables:
  1. Paneer/Tofu
  2. Mushrooms
